Perusal of the relief clause reveals that relief no.2 sought by the petitioner is for herself and, therefore, in our considered opinion she cannot maintain a PIL.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition in proper format.

The prayer made is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty in terms of the prayer.

Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
