Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “The petitioner, a Class IV employee, may kindly be held entitled to continue in service with the respondents till she attains the age of 60 years i.e. 30.04.2028 and the respondent may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner to continue in service upto the age of 60 years i.e. up to 30.04.2028, as per the law laid down by this Hon’ble Court in judgment dated 28.05.2024 passed in CWP No.2274 of 2021, titled as Satya Devi versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others connected matters, in the interest of law, justice and fair play.” 2 2. In light of the prayer made in the writ petition, as agreed, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall be bound by the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court that shall be passed in Satya Devi’s case. 3.
