This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.495 of 2013 (renumbered as Title Suit No.10365 of 2014) along with the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed by the petitioners before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that pleadings in respect of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code are complete. It is submitted that despite the said application being ripe for hearing, the same has not yet been heard and disposed of. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the application for injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Thereafter, the learned Trial Court shall also endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit. 5.
