1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved that his suspension order dated December 24, 2024 has not been reviewed as is mandatory under the concerned Rules. The petitioner has been kept under suspension and is continuing as such even though he has been granted bail by the jurisdictional court.
3. The petitioner had approached the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal, which by its order dated September 4, 2025 had directed the Review Committee to act in accordance with the notification No. 9266-F(P) dated November 16, 2012 and review the suspension order within a stipulated time. The time has long expired and no steps have been taken by the Review Committee. The petitioner is aggrieved that he is languishing under suspension without any steps being taken.
4. The learned Advocate for the State-respondents, on instruction, submits that there is no Review Committee at present but the same will be formed within a period of eight weeks.

5. In view of the afore-stated submissions, the Review Committee will consider the suspension order of the petitioner and take necessary steps and file a report with the concerned authority within a period of twelve weeks from date.
6. With the afore-stated directions, WPA 17805 of 2026 is disposed of.
7. There shall be no order as to costs.
8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
