ORAL ORDER Aggrieved by the order dated 10.07.2024 in I.A.No.4 in O.S.No.1540/2022 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore, the petitioner/plaintiff is before this Court.
2. The petitioner herein, who is the plaintiff, has filed O.S.No.1540/2022 seeking the relief of partition, separate possession, declaration, injunction, and other consequential reliefs. It is submitted that respondents Nos.2 to 10 have executed a GPA in favour of respondent No.11, and respondent No.11 is represented by respondent No.12. It is submitted that during the pendency of these proceedings, in view of the petitioner's health condition, a compromise has been entered into. As per the compromise, the petitioner accepted an amount of Rs.22,00,000/- and in that regard, they have given cheque Nos.000015 for an amount of Rs.10,00,000/-, cheque No.000016 for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, cheque No.000017 for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, cheque No.000019 for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-.

3. The parties are present before this Court. It is submitted that the parties have undertaken to report the compromise in the pending suit i.e., O.S.No.1540/2022. The same is recorded. The petitioner submits that he has received an amount of Rs.22,00,000/-. In the light of the compromise petition filed before this Court and considering the settlement arrived at by the parties, this Court is passing the following
order:
ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. ii. The compromise petition shall be part and parcel of this order. The parties shall report the settlement before the trial Court. iii. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
