1. This is the first bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 148/2026 registered at Police Station – Kotwali, District Dhamtari (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the applicants submit that the instant bail applications have become infructuous as the trial have been concluded and the applicants have been acquitted.
3. In view of the above submissions, the present regular bail applications are dismissed as infructuous.
