The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No.121 of 2025, for offence registered under section 109, 126, 118(2), 125(b), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that driver of the Trailor no.NL01K-3344 transported Pocklane on his trailor from Orissa to Gamharia and on demanding the freight charge, the altercation took place between the driver, Diwakar Deo and this petitioner. He next submits that further allegations are made that Diwakar Deo has tried to run over the Ertiga car over the informant. He next submits that so far as the petitioner is concerned, the allegation is made that the petitioner was sitting in the said Ertiga car. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the 2026:JHHC:9487 2 petitioner was sitting in the said car. 5. Considering that the allegation took place due to demand of freight charge and the petitioner was sitting in the said Ertiga car and was not driving the said car, and in this view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and the learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
