By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i). That the decision of Board of Directors vide Item No. 151.02, dated 22.03.2022, (Annexure P-2), may kindly be held as illegal and contrary to the settled position of Law for denying the benefits of the petitioner from the due date and the same may kindly be quashed 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:12112 and set aside. (ii). That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the arrears of revision of pay scale to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 31.03.2022 with interest @ 9% per annum from the due date till the date of its realization. (iii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay revised gratuity, revised Leave encashment and arrears of revised pension to the petitioner with interest @ 9% per annum from the due date till the date of its realization.” 3. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 2108 of 2023, titled Bhagat Ram Vs.
