...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or
direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus (a) declaring the action of the 16th respondent in issuing the proceedings No.IWAI/VJA(SO)/NW-4/40/Clearance/2018/313, dated 24.10.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
(b) declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 14 in continuing the illegal dredging being carried on by the respondent No.15 between Ibrahimpatnam and Vykuntapuram/Harischandrapuram stretch in River Krishna (NW-4) despite of expiry of permissions, as illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act (c) declaring the action of the respondents 8 to 14 in not taking any action on the petitioner's representations dated 20.11.2025 and 28.1.2026 made against the dredging of sand mining in the above stretch as illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act, (d) consequently, to direct the respondents 8 to 14 to prevent the 15th respondent from illegal dredging of sand in the above stretch and (e) and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. The Prayer is amended as per Court Order dt.22.04.2026 in I.A.No.3 of 2026.
