The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12.03.2026 passed by the respondent No. 3, whereby he has been dismissed from his service. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has raised a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the instant writ petition on the ground of availability of an alternative remedy to file an appeal before the higher authority under the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited Employees (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 2020. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not refuted the contention as raised by the learned Standing Counsel qua availability of an alternative remedy, as mentioned above. 4. As such, instant writ petition is dismissed, being not maintainable, on the ground of availability of an alternative remedy to file an appeal before the appellate authority as mentioned above.
