Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is intending to go for the Haj pilgrim but to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the authorities have not issuing the passport. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal and the same is pending. He prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal as early as possible. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
