Shastri, A.P.P. --------- 03/02.04.2026 Heard Ms. Divya, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 (G.R. No. 3564 of 2025). It has been alleged that the petitioner had inappropriately attempted to touch the private part of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2025. It is submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted by the police. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the fact that the charge sheet has been submitted, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
