CAN 1 of 2025 has been filed on 12.8.2025 and it thus barred by limitation and as it is not moved, the same stands rejected. 4. Respondent no.10 have not moved and also not preferred the CAN application within the period of limitation, stands rejected. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 10 is present. 6. It appears that the writ application had been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 2.11.2021 by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Petitioner did not appear before the Court also on the earlier date i.e. 10.8.2023. 7. Accordingly, the writ application stands dismissed for default. 8.
