The order impugned is an appealable one. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to interfere with this civil revisional application. Faced with such situation, the learned advocate for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this civil revisional application and to approach the appropriate forum. In the light of the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, this civil revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law. The learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner shall be permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a photostat copy thereof.
