Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.31224 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Chennai, at 10.30 a.m., once a week until further orders”. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.
