The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned FIR Annexure no.1 page no. 11-19 dated 11.4.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 140 of 2026 under Section 9 Section 51 Wild Life Protection Act 1972 PS SIDCUL District Haridwar. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No. 140 of 2026 under Section 9/51 Wild Life Protection Act 1972 PS SIDCUL District Haridwar. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to surrender before the court concerned. 5. The State counsel has no objection to it. 6. In such view of the matter, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned on or before 14.05.2026.
