This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for correction of inadvertent mistakes that crept in typing the district as Tinsukia, instead of Sivasagar in the cause title and also in some of the middle paragraphs of Tr.P.(C) No. 19/2026. 3. Mr. Das, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the district mentioned in the cause title ought to have been Sivasagar, instead of Tinsukia, but inadvertently, the same has been typed as Tinsukia in the cause title and also in some of the middle paragraphs of the connected transfer petition, and that the same are required to be corrected. 4. Having heard the submission of Mr. Das, learned counsel for the applicant, also having gone through the Tr.P.(C) No. 19/2026, this Court is inclined to allow this interlocutory application. 5. Accordingly, henceforth, the district Tinsukia as mentioned in the cause title and in some of the middle paragraphs of Tr.P.(C) No. 19/2026, shall be read as Sivasagar, for all purposes. 6. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of. 7. In view of the order passed in this I.A., the applicant shall file amended petition of Tr.P.(C) No. 19/2026, within a period of one week from today. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
