ORAL ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“I. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Hon’ble XI Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC at Mysore to dispose the suit bearing No.O.S.1367/2018 expeditiously (Annexure-C) and II. Grant such other relief as may deems fit to the
facts and circumstances of this case in the interest of justice.”
2. Petitioner had filed a suit in O.S.No.1367/2018 seeking relief ejectment and recovery of arrears of rent. It is noticed that now the suit is set down for trial and taking note of the said aspect and also considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2018, it would be appropriate to

direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, taking note of the old cases pending before it.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
