It is also submitted that the learned counsel shall obtain written instructions from the petitioner regarding the latest payment status. 2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Municipality, on written instructions, submits that the first and final bill of the petitioner has been cleared and that the amount has been uploaded in the CFMS portal and that the same shall be credited to the account of the petitioner soon after release of funds. 3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to clear the bills as finalized and uploaded in the CFMS portal within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
