Counsel ORDER As seen from the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, it is clear that the issue pertains to the sale of a property of a deceased person and the present petitioner is the legal heir of the said deceased person. The Writ Petition was dismissed on account of non-prosecution of the same. This order of non-prosecution is hereby now set aside and the Writ Petition is restored to file, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the MHAA (Madras High Court Advocates' Association, High Court campus, Chennai-600 104).
