Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 21.03.2026 registered as case crime no. 132 of 2026 under Section 3, 5, 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, Police Station – Bhagwanpur, District - Haridwar. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioner case crime no. 132 of 2026 under Section 3, 5, 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, Police Station – Bhagwanpur, District – Haridwar till the pendency of present petition.” 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to surrender before the court concerned on or before 20.05.2026, however, he may be given some protection till such time. 5. State Counsel has no objection to it. 6. In such view of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned on or before 20.05.2026 till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
