The learned Standing appearing for the respondents does not dispute that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed in the said writ petition. 3. In view of the above submission, and as the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the order passed in W.P.No.3506 of 2026, this Court finds it appropriate to extend the benefit of the said order to the petitioner herein. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.3506 of 2026. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the said order of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
