By this petition, petitioner is seeking direction upon respondents to take a final decision with regard to representation filed by the petitioner, seeking one time settlement with regard to loan amount obtained by the petitioner. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to consider the representation dated 20.04.2022, of the petitioner, within a reasonable time. 03. In terms of order dated 07.02.2026, learned counsel for the respondents was directed to seek instructions, he states that the petitioner is not eligible for any kind of settlement, however, he further states that respondents have no objection in case they would be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.
