Borah, learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant and Mr. R. J. Boruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Sonapur P.S. Page No.# 2/2 Case No. 83/2025 under Sections 3(5)/118(1)/118(2)/109 of the BNS, 2023. 3. Vide order dated 28.07.2025, the accused applicant was granted interim protection by a coordinate bench of this Court with certain terms and conditions. In terms of the aforesaid order, the accused applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer (I.O.) of the case and had his statement recorded. 4. It is submitted that, in the instant case, the charge-sheet has already been filed vide Charge-sheet No. 06/2026, dated 16.02.2026. 5. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the interim protection granted to the accused applicant on 28.07.2025 shall stand extended until his appearance before the learned Trial Court with same terms and conditions as stated in the said order. 6.
