2. However, State respondents and respondent no.6 are represented by learned advocates.
3. Mr. Suryaneel Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 30th July, 2026 of Officer-in- Charge, Tarakeswar Police Station and same is taken on record.
4. It is disclosed in the said communication that after order was passed on 30th June, 2026 on this writ petition, FIR was registered being Tarakeswar P.S. Case No.324 of 2026 dated 2nd July, 2026 under certain provisions of BNS, 2023.
5. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authority, no further order need be passed on this writ petition.
6. Writ petition stands disposed of.
