Mr. Subhankar Nag Mr. Sayak Ranjan Ganguly Ms. Srijani Ghosh Ms. Ivana Hossaini …for the petitioner Mr. Nag, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of direction passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the SARFAESI application as well interlocutory applications within a stipulated timeframe, the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I has not yet disposed of the SARFAESI application as well as the interlocutory applications. He prays for a direction upon the Tribunal to dispose of the SARFAESI application and the interlocutory applications, expeditiously. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Kolkata to make an endeavour to dispose of the SARFAESI application No. 143 of 2017 along with connected applications as expeditiously as possible, keeping in mind the timeframe fixed by the Appellate Tribunal without granting any unnecessary adjournments to 2 either of the parties. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
