The petitioner is a dismissed employee who crossed the age of superannuation. The dismissal was interfered by the writ Court and an appeal is pending at the instance of the employer namely Bose Institute. In the meantime he made an application for grant of admitted dues to be paid by way of the writ petition (W.P.A. 9763 of 2026). 2. The writ Court was pleased to direct that the steps taken by the authority to consider the representation and making payment thereof, if any, shall abide by the result of the pending appeal. 2 3. It is this order which is the subject matter of the present intra-court appeal. 4. The learned Advocate for the appellant has handed over instructions received by Email dated 12.08.2026 whereby and whereunder she has received instructions that the employer is taking steps to ascertain and quantify the amounts payable in respect of the admissible dues. She however submits that the time granted by the writ Court, has lapsed in the meantime. She is under instructions to seek four weeks for compliance of the direction of the writ Court order dated 11.05.2026, which is under appeal. 5. Under the circumstances and in view of such submissions, the order of the learned Single Judge does not require any interference by this Court in the present intra-court appeal. We only modify the time specified for the compliance of the learned Single Judge order by four weeks from date. 6. The appeal is accordingly disposed of along with all connected applications. 7.
