Issue Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated: 07.07.2026 vide Annexure-B and enforce the order at Annexure-A vide bearing No.DVS/PR/33/2018-2019, dated 01.06.2026 at the earliest by allowing this writ petition, ii. Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction that this Honourable Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case. 2. The learned AGA accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3. Learned counsel, Sri.K.Murthy who has filed caveat is directed to accept notice for Respondent No.4. None appears for Respondent No.4. 4. The Respondent No.3, having considered the claims of various persons, has designated the period, in which, each of them would offer pooja as an Archak - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010506532026 NC: 2026:KHC:39257 WP No. 23017 of 2026 of Shree Basaveshwara Temple situated at Manikyapura Village, Yelawala Hobli, Mysuru Taluk, Mysuru District. 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said order of the Tahsildar had not been implemented. It is in that background, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 07.07.2026 vide Annexure-B, which has also been not acted upon. 6. Whenever any officer of the State were to pass an order, it is required for the corresponding officer to implement the same within a reasonable period of time. 7. In the present matter, the order of the Tahsildar not having been implemented, the petitioner had submitted a representation on 07.07.2026, which has also not been acted upon.
