By the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondents to decide the pending representation of petitioner dated 02.09.2025 (Annexure P/4), within stipulated period. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to immediately consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Professor with all consequential benefits, including arrears of pay, seniority, and other retiral benefits from the date of entitlement. 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass such other order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue involved in the present petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in an identical matter i.e. WPS No.1013/2026 decided on 04/05/2026. They further submitted that since the facts and issue involved in the present case is identical to that of WPS No.1013/2026, this writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms. 3. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the materials on record, it is evident that the facts and issue involved in this petition is identical to WPS No.1013/2026, this Court deems it 3 appropriate to dispose of the instant petition in similar terms of the order dated 04/05/2026 passed in WPS No.1013/2026. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 04/05/2026 passed in WPS No.1013/2026 {Dr. Meena Kshetrapal Vs. State of C.G. & Ors}.
