Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a delayed accusation has been made to foist the petitioner with a criminal case immediately after there has been change in administration. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the materials appearing against the petitioner and the fact the present is a case of cash for job scam. Having considered the quantum which has been alleged and the nature of investigation required, I am not inclined to extend 2 the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer sought for in CRM(A)2614 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
