2. The present intra-Court appeal has been preferred by the appellant assailing the order dated 09.06.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 4486 of 2026 (Bhupendra Kumar Sahu v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), whereby the writ petition preferred by the appellant/writ petitioner has been disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal, as the suspension of the appellant has already been revoked.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by
learned counsel for the appellant.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission and considering that the suspension of the appellant has already been revoked, the present appeal has rendered itself infructuous.
