order or modification of the order. The oral submission and the memo is placed on record. As the petitioners have taken a conscious decision about the withdrawal of the petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Because of disposal of the Writ Petition, all pending interlocutory applications if any are disposed of.
