ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 19th June, 2025 (Annexure-A) passed by the respondent No.1; inter alia sought for direction to the respondent No.1 to continue the interim order dated 05th June, 2025 granted in Revision Petition No.5/2025-26 pending consideration before the said authority.

2. Heard Sri. T. Seshagiri Rao, learned counsel appearing for petitioners; Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 6; and Sri. B.R. Vishwanath, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.7.
3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the order dated 08th April, 2025 (Annexure-B) passed by the respondent No.4 in respect of the subject land has been challenged by the petitioners herein before the respondent No.1 in Revision Petition No.05/2025-26. Taking into consideration the controversy between the parties as to the continuation of interim order passed by the respondent No.1 in the impugned proceedings in Revision Petition No.05/2025-26, I am of the view that the respondent No.1 be directed to conclude the revision petition pending for
consideration at the earliest. Therefore, the respondent No.1 is
directed to dispose of Revision Petition No.05/2025-26 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. It is made clear that the interim order passed by the respondent No.1 in the Revision Petition, staying the operation, implementation and execution of order dated 08th April, 2025 (Annexure-B) passed by the respondent No.4 in respect of the subject land shall continue till the conclusion of the impugned proceedings.
5. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
