The cause of death is stated to be natural. The name of the husband is recorded as Surendra Prasad, and the registration number is UK22ES1700020287. The death is reported to have been registered on 27.08.2022. 4. In view of the death of the sole Appellant, the present Criminal Appeal, as well as the Special Leave to Appeal, stand abated and are accordingly disposed of. 5.
