By way of this petition, the petitioner approached this Court, feeling aggrieved by the fact that after her promotion against the post of Principal, she stands posted in Government Senior Secondary School, Jorna, District Shimla, H.P., which is a far of station, ignoring the fact that she is to superannuate within the period of one month. 3. In light of the fact that the petitioner is to superannuate within a period of one month, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the petitioner for the said interregnum be adjusted somewhere close to the station where she is presently serving, so that she is not dislocated at the fag end of his service carrier and also does not looses the promotion which stands conferred at the fag 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:12011 end of her service career.
