This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court at Asansol, Paschim Burdwan to dispose of Title Suit No. 178 of 2013 expeditiously. From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that July 22, 2026 was fixed for taking steps by the parties. This revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court at Asansol, Paschim Burdwan to make an endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No. 178 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing.
