State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the statement, injury report as well as the statement of the injured which do corroborate regarding the overt acts inflicted by the present petitioner. 2 Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary and so far as the present petitioner is concerned particularly with regard to the statement of the injured, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2654 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
