The petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU Date: 2026.08.07 20:14:06 +0530 2 complaint/representation dated 20.02.2026 in accordance with law, within stipulated time as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and therefater appropriate action may be taken in accordance with law. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner confines the relief sought in the present petition to a limited prayer, namely, for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2, the Regional Transport Authority, Raipur District, Raipur (C.G.), to consider and decide the petitioner's application dated 20.02.2026, preferred on a complaint under Section 86 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, within a stipulated period. 3. Learned State counsel submits that, by now, the application dated 20.02.2026 is likely to have been decided by the competent authority. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be served by directing the competent authority to expeditiously consider the petitioner's pending complaint under Section 86 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Accordingly, if the said complaint has not already been decided, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with 3 law, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.
