The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your lordship may graciously be pleased to accept and allow the writ petition and by an appropriate writ of mandamus, order or direction in nature thereof: [2026:RJ-JP:10544] (2 of 3) [CW-3536/2026] i) The respondents may kindly be directed to initiate immediate action to remove the encroachment from government pasture land bearing khasra no.238, 246, 247, 454/236, 456/236, 467/237, 502/250, 504/250 situated at village Dolatabad, Patwar Halka Godiya Bada, Tehsil Ramgarh Shekhawati, District Sikar belonging to Moorti Mandir Hanuman Ji, Fatehpur in the light of judgment of Hon’ble High Court delivered in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena which is illegally encroached and trespassed by the encroachers at the backdroped of leading judgment Division Bench of this Hon’ble High Court delivered in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors. (Supra). ii) Any other order which this Hon’ble court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case also be passed in favour of humble petitioners along with cost of writ petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, prays that the present writ petition be disposed of in light of the order dated 30.01.2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. [D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.10819/2018] with liberty to the petitioner to file representation(s) before the Public Land Protection Cell (hereinafter referred to as ‘PLPC’) constituted in compliance of the order passed in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena (supra). 3. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed of in light of the order passed in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena (supra) with a direction to the petitioner to file representation(s) before the PLPC. It is further directed that the PLPC shall decide the representation(s), if any, filed by the petitioner, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the [2026:RJ-JP:10544] (3 of 3) [CW-3536/2026] petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 4. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 5. Needless to say, this order has been passed only to decide the petitioner’s representation and in no manner is to be construed as a direction to decide the said representation in a particular manner.
