The present revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ 3.1 It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to modify the impugned interim maintenance order passed by the court of learned Judge of Family Court, District Balod (C.G.) in MCC No.236/2024dated 04.03.2025 by allowing instant criminal revision, in the larger interest of justice. 3.2 It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be consider the applicant's case by issuance of direction to increase the maintenance amount as per the basic expenses bore by the applicants.
