Appeal is disposed of in the following terms: (i) The order dated 12.03.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is confirmed till disposal of the temporary injunction pending adjudication before learned Trial Court. (ii) It is made clear that the learned Trial Court shall not be influenced by the order dated 12.03.2026 as well as the order dated 31.01.2026, in any manner while deciding the temporary injunction application. (iii) The learned Trial Court is expected to decide the temporary injunction application within 60 days from the date of receipt certified copy of this order. 2.
