Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. 3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 218 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 218 days, in the appeal. 4.
