Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.The petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was registered a case in crime No.501 of 2025 for offences under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 but final report, in this case, is yet to be filed. 4.The learned Govt.
