This is an application filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS) 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the Page No.# 2/2 accused applicant in connection with Doboka P.S. Case No.148/2024, corresponding to GR Case No.2029/2024, registered under Section 120(B)/420/468/409 of IPC. Vide an order dated 20.09.2024 passed by this Court, the accused applicant was granted interim protection in the instant case. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that the charge-sheet in the instant case has also been filed vide Charge-Sheet No. 192/2024 dated 31.12.2024. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he should be allowed to appear before the learned Trial Court, and until that time, he should continue to be protected by this Court. The instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a direction that the accused applicant shall appear before the learned Trial Court on receipt of the summon(s), and until that time, the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2024 is extended.
