Copy of said report is made over to learned advocate representing the petitioner. 2) It is disclosed in report dated 3rd August, 2026 that in terms of order dated 27th July, 2026 marriage of the petitioners was peacefully solemnized on 29th July, 2026 in presence of Marriage Registrar. It is also disclosed that police assistance was provided to the petitioners at the time of marriage and concerned police authorities are keeping continuous vigil at the locale. 3) In view of steps taken by the concerned police authorities as it emanates from report dated 3rd August, 2026, writ petition stands disposed of. 4) However concerned police authorities are directed to provide assistance to the petitioners, if occasion so arises. 5) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
