Since common questions of law and fact are involved in these petitions, therefore, they are being heard and decided together. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPSS No. 1027 of 2026 alone are being considered and discussed. 4. Petitioner was engaged as Shiksha Mitra in Government Primary School, Kafali, Nainital in the year 2011. According to him, he is serving as such ever since then, however, his claim for regular appointment is not being considered. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the competent authority to grant him regular appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar issue was dealt with by this Court, vide order dated 08.09.2025, passed in WPSS No. 1689 of 2023. He submits that the writ petitions be disposed of in terms of that order. 2026:UHC:2880 6. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection, if the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed in WPSS No. 1689 of 2023. 7. The writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of in terms of order dated 08.09.2025, passed in WPSS No. 1689 of 2023. Petitioners shall be at liberty to make representation(s) to the competent authority. Petitioners shall enclose all relevant documents along with their representation(s). If petitioners make representation(s) within ten days from today, the competent authority shall examine the matter and take decision, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter.
