Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though pursuant to order dated 22/08/2019, petitioner has joined on the transferred post at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kondagaon, yet the order dated 22/08/2019 is unsustainable and bad in law. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 to 3/State submits that petitioner may be granted liberty to file representation which will be considered in accordance with law. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make a suitable representation before the State Government within 4 weeks, which will be considered by the competent authority within 6 weeks from the date of filing of the representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order, absolutely in accordance with law. 5.
