1. The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the study leave, which has been sought for by her, had been rejected. The rejection, as it appears from records, is on the ground of administrative exigency.
2. Mr. Pal, learned Advocate appearing for the State Authorities had sought for time to come back with appropriate instructions in the matter.
3. In terms of his instructions, the petitioner has already been granted the study leave, in terms of the
order dated July 27, 2026 by Memo No. HFW- 43015(42)/5/2026-ADMIN SEC(DHS)(HFW)-Dept. of H&FW/A4115. A copy whereof has been produced and is kept on record.
4. In view of such order being passed, nothing further remains to be adjudicated. The petitioner and the respondent no. 9, the College Authorities, are at liberty to intimate the order along with the requisite application through the online portal in line with the

electronic mail dated August 17, 2026 issued by the Department of Training and Monitoring National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. By this mail of August 17, 2026, the said authority had granted the petitioner a final opportunity to bring requisite decision from this Court within a period of three days. This three day period expires on August 20, 2026.
5. In view of the afore-stated, the petitioner and the respondent no. 9 will intimate the concerned authority that petitioner’s study leave has already been allowed and will permit him to file the requisites in the offline or in the online portal, whichever is deemed fit by the Department of Training and Monitoring National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences.
6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is
disposed of.
7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
8. All parties to act on a server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon’ble Court.
