Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted a complaint before the IIC, Sahid Ngar Police Station on 05.02.2026. Since, he did not register a case, it was sent to him by registered post on 11.02.2026. When that also did not produce any result, the representation was sent to the DCP, Bhubaneswar on 19.02.2026 by speed post, but till date neither has a case been registered nor any action taken and even now the accused is trying to call the petitioner on his mobile. As he has blocked her number, she is calling up through Whatsapp from her own number and different numbers. 2. Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall approach the IIC, Sahid Ngar Police Station with the recordings of the phone calls.
