JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “(a) Issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application given by the petitioner on 29.11.2021 vide ANNEXURE-F. b). Issue other writ or order as this Hon'ble court deems fit to be granted in the facts and circumstances of the case by allowing this writ petition in the interest of justice and equity.-” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18674 WP No. 1655 of 2025 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her application dated 29.11.2021 at Annexure - F submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in addition to directing the concerned respondents to consider the application at Annexure - F dated 29.11.2021, the petitioner would appear before respondent No.2 on 22.04.2022 and file additional pleadings, representations, documents which may be directed to be considered by respondent No.2 in accordance with law. 5. Submission is placed on record. 6. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said application. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the petition stands disposed of directing - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18674 WP No. 1655 of 2025 respondent No.2 to consider the representation at Annexure - F dated 29.11.2021 and to proceed further in accordance with law. In addition thereto, the petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2 on 22.04.2026 and submit additional pleadings, documents, representations etc., if any, before respondent No.2, who shall address the grievances of the petitioner and take appropriate decisions/pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of two months from 22.04.2026. 8.
